  1. What is the cost to park at the Ford Idaho Center?
    1. It is $10 to park, you can pre purchase a parking pass that will be emailed via ICtickets.com in additional information.
  2. Do kids get in free?
    1. 3 and under do not need a ticket.
  3. What time does the VIP Platinum Member tailgate start?
    1. Typically this will start 2 hours prior to kickoff.
  4. What do we need to show to get into the tailgate?
    1. You must provide your VIP badge which comes with your Platinum Member tickets to get into the main entry doors.
  5. I do not have my Platinum Member VIP endzone badge
    1. You can pick up your tickets at will call at every home game from 2 hours prior to kick-off until 30 minutes prior to kick-off. 
    2. Please provide a valid photo identification and if you send a 3rd party to pick up your tickets, they must also provide a copy of your ID and their ID.
  6. Can we bring outside drinks and food into the tailgate area?
    1. No, only what is permitted into the stadium is permitted into the tailgate area
  7. How long is the VIP tailgate open?
    1. The grill will be shut off at kick-off, but you are free to stay in the VIP area throughout the game
  8. How to Transfer Your Tickets
    Step 1: Sign In
    Go to Idaho Horsemen Ticket Page via ictickets. https://ictickets.evenue.net/events/idaho-horsemen
    Click on the Sign In button.
    Enter the email address you used when purchasing the tickets.
    Step 2: Create a Password
    If prompted, create a new password.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.
    Step 3: Access Your Account
    Once signed in, click on your initials at the top right corner of the page, next to the Sign Out button.
    Step 4: Manage Your Tickets
    Select My Tickets from the dropdown menu.
    Click on the Transfer option.
    Step 5: Select the Game
    On the next screen, click on the specific game for which you want to transfer tickets.
    Your tickets will be displayed on the screen.
    Step 6: Choose Tickets to Transfer
    Click on each ticket you wish to transfer.
    Step 7: Initiate the Transfer
    On the right side of the screen, click on Continue.
    Step 8: Enter Recipient Details
    On the following screen, enter the recipient’s phone number to complete the transfer process.
    Step 9: Confirmation
    you will receive a series of emails confirming your transfer and when the transfer has been accepted.
