San Jose State WR Jaquan Blackwell signed

Nampa Idaho -  The Horsemen announced the signing of  6'0 198lbs former San Jose State University Wide Receiver Jaquan Blackwell.  Jaquan played in over 31 games for the Spartans and will be bringing his talents to Idaho. He will be joining a stable full of already talented WR/RB to help the Horsemen bring home a second Championship.
