The Horsemen wins a barn burner in Wenatchee 47-45
Wenatchee WA - On Thursday night between the Reno Express Indoor Football and the Tri-Cities Fire, the Express scratched and clawed out a victory over the Fire 55-54.
Last night, the AWFC offered another barn burner between Idaho Horsemen Indoor Football and the Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks. The Skyhawks came out determined to knock off the undefeated Horsemen by getting on the scoreboard first and going into halftime 20-26. Every time the Skyhawks would score the Horsemen would return the favor and kept the score close for majority of the game. The Skyhawks held the lead until the 4th quarter whereas Horsemen was able to hold the Skyhawks to a field goal one possession allowing the Horsemen to take the lead for the first time of the game. The Horsemen held the lead from there on out, eventually beating the Skyhawks 47-45.
The Horsemen move to (7-0) on the season as the Skyhawks drop to (2-5)
