PROCEDURE FOR FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS

1. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page with "Team Captain" & organization's Information and we will be in contact.

2. Please email a filled out W9 form to info@gohorsemen.com

3. Invite your supporters to purchase tickets through this page and receive funding towards your program

Partnering with the Horsemen will allow you to reach your fundraising goal while also helping the Horsemen bring awareness to our new team.  It's a win-win partnership.  

 Each individual game ticket sold online for $23 or $28 the organization will receive $5 towards their program.  Every season ticket or Group/Corporate purchase, your group will receive 15% of the purchase amount after taxes and fees. 

SALES PERIOD

Each fundraising campaign will be agreed upon prior to start date.  After all funds are received and calculated, the Fundraising organization will receive a check ON THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH written from Platinum Events & Security LLC / Idaho Horsemen Football Organization.   

When purchasing tickets, the seats will be assigned best available, so if you’re booking with a group, buy the tickets in one transaction so you will be seated together. Write in the comments section if you have a preferred seating location. ie. row, high, low, middle of row, section. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
